Getting Started

Hello and welcome to Smart Service Cloud! This guide covers all aspects of our 1-on-1 training class program in the order in which they are covered during the classes. We made this guide for self-starters who would like more information on how the program works.

This guide will cover our most popular options, as well as the necessary tools you need to succeed However, there’s more to Smart Service Cloud and your business might take advantage of features not specifically mentioned here. Each of the following sections will contain links to the features discussed.

During a class, we show this information to you and discuss it, but we made sure you won’t miss out on anything by including it all here!

Setting Up Smart Service Cloud

Before you get started with Smart Service Cloud in earnest, you need to get your settings in order. If you’re using QuickBooks Online, you’ll need to integrate your data to pull in your customers, items, and other things. So, let's get it all set up.

Create Your Company

Creating your company is a critical and important step to get done first. This is where you enter company contact information, customize your work order’s appearance, and set up ‘defaults’ which will make your usage of Smart Service Cloud easier. Click here to start creating your company.

Integrate QuickBooks Online

You can skip this step if you don’t use QuickBooks Online. The purpose of integrating is to import your customers, products and services, and other lists. Check out this article to see how to integrate your QuickBooks Online account. Learn how to integrate QuickBooks Online here.

Create User Profiles

You can set up individual profiles and assign permissions via the employees section under the human resources center. Start creating user profiles here.

Customize Your Display

This step is optional, but if you would like to change from the default light mode to dark, change the colors used in the program, or change the display density,you can learn how to customize your display here.

The Customer Center
