Companies

In Smart Service Cloud, you can create what we call “Companies”, which allow you the ability to define the defaults for your business. You can set up multiple companies if you do business under different names, as well. Setting up additional companies gives you more flexibility and functionality to make sure certain customers are set up with the proper metrics.

​It should be noted that this section is not designed to contain your customer list, these are for internal use. If you are looking for instructions on creating customers or accessing your customer list, head over to the Customer Center for more details.​


Go to the Administration Center at the top or bottom of your screen and select Companies. Click on the plus symbol at the bottom-right to create a new company.

Entity Information

Logo

You can drag and drop your logo or click to select a file of your choosing. This logo will be shown on the documentation you create for customers from Smart Service Cloud.

Location Details

Add your customer-facing company address here. This will be shown to your customers on the documentation you produce for them. The information will be displayed in the order presented.

Contact

This section will store your customer-facing contact information, which will be displayed on the documentation you generate for your customer. Add the information your customer should use to contact you here.

Customer Defaults

CardPointe Merchant Services

If you have Smart Service Cloud, you have our merchant service, CardPointe. With this service activated, your team can accept and process payment transactions from the office and the field. Generally, this will be filled out by Smart Service Cloud on your behalf.
