Customize Your Display

The settings window in Smart Service Cloud provides customization options for your business to change font sizes, colors, and more. The changes you make here are saved to your user profile, so these settings can be different for everyone in your company.

You can access this settings window from most screens in Smart Service Cloud, the information above it will change depending on the screen, but you should always have a settings button at the bottom of this menu.

Display Density

The display density will change how text is displayed on the screen, and how close text entries are to one another.

Theme

Here you can choose a light or dark theme for Smart Service Cloud as well as the color displayed on the title bar at the top. We have solid colors to choose from as well as color themes.

Transitions

You can choose if you want windows to slide in/out of the screen when you open them or if you prefer no animations.

Sidebar

Here you can choose if you want this sidebar to be displayed or not. The default view shown above is the “landscape” view.

Show System Buttons

System buttons are those little circles that appear next to a record when you mouse over it in a list. This is usually used to select a group of records.

Although these are always available, you can choose if you want these to show all the time or only when you hover over them.

Promote Actions

A promote action is the “+” symbol you see in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You can hide these if you want but this is not recommended.

Smart Dates

If you choose to turn off smart dates, times will be shown as MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM all the time. With smart dates enabled, times will be shown as HH:MM unless clicked on.

Initial List Mode

This will change the view of screens like customers, appointments, etc. to a view more friendly for mobile devices.

Language

The header of this section will assume your browsers default language, but can be changed here.
