Accounting Center

“Accounting” is one of the main “Centers” which you can see at the top of your screen. Since these “Centers” are controlled by permissions, you may not be able to see this particular “Center” from all profiles. If you are missing one of these options, please contact your office administrator.​

Invoices

Once you convert a work order or quote into an invoice, you can manage that invoice from this screen. Here you can also take a payment or send the invoice to QuickBooks Online.

Payments

Smart Service Cloud has the ability to take payments in person, over the phone, or across the internet at your customer’s convenience.

Inventory

Smart Service Cloud has specialized inventory management features to assist with keeping track of the parts you keep on hand and what needs to be restocked.

Purchase Orders

You can keep track of the parts you need to order for customers or for your inventory with the purchase order features in Smart Service Cloud.

Vehicles

You can use Smart Service Cloud to track vehicle usage for maintenance. This feature links to the Time Clock Center so your users can track mileage and fuel purchases.

Vendors

You can keep track of the parts you need to order for customers or for your inventory with the purchase order features in Smart Service Cloud.

Warehouses

Warehouses are designed to help track and maintain the inventory you’re purchasing for the inventory or purchase orders features.
