A vendor is a store or supplier from which your business purchases job materials or services from. If you’re looking for information on vendors in QuickBooks Online click here.
Smart Service Cloud can import your existing vendors from QuickBooks online under Administration>System Settings> QuickBooks Online if you already have vendors created in QuickBooks Online.
You can create a new vendor in Smart Service Cloud by clicking the plus symbol under the big red arrow shown below.
When you create a new vendor in Smart Service Cloud, you can specify their contact information, address details, and more.You can also choose a default shipping address if you’d prefer to note a default location to have your purchased products sent to.
If you have a long list of vendors entered already, you can use the search button in the top right-hand corner to search for vendors. The search option is above the big red arrow in the image below.
