Time Clock is one of the main “Centers” which you can see at the top of your screen. Since these “Centers” are controlled by permissions, you may not be able to see this particular “Center” from all profiles. If you are missing one of these options, please contact your office administrator.
The options in this menu change depending on if you’ve entered timestamps for the day already, so what you’re seeing below might not match what you see. In the example below, the employee has clocked in for the day. Revisiting this screen after clocking in will produce the following options.
Entering time card information here goes to the Time Cards option in The Human Resources Center. If you enter mileage or fuel purchases, that information goes to the Vehicles option in The Accounting Center.
The “Job” tab (shown below) is for additional employees who need to clock in and out of appointments that aren’t assigned to them. This feature was added so your main tech on a crew doesn’t have to clock everyone else in and out.
