Hello and welcome to our knowledge base for Smart Service Cloud! You can find everything and anything about Smart Service Cloud here. As features change and improve, we’ll be sure to keep these articles updated. If you see a particular term you aren’t familiar with while using the program, type it into the search box at the top of this page to find the corresponding article for that feature.
Every page on this site has a search bar allowing you to find articles on any topic.
Throughout this site, you'll see 'Learn More' buttons when a related topic is mentioned. Click the button to access additional details and expand your understanding of that topic.
All of the images on this site are expandable. If you click on them, they’ll expand so you can see the information more clearly. Various images on this site are also gifs, so they’re short, looping videos that show you where to go. Practice by clicking on this gif!
When you see a video icon at the top of the page, you can click on it to view a step-by-step explainer video to learn more about the subject.
Throughout this site, you’ll notice that we use the term “center” often. We’re referring to the Customer “Center”, or Calls “Center” at the top of the screen. If you’d like to learn more about the various centers in Smart Service Cloud, visit our articles on the individual centers here. Since these “Centers” are controlled by permissions, you may not be able to see all of these “Centers” from all profiles. If you are missing one of these options, please contact your office administrator.

Contact our award-winning Smart Service Cloud support team at 888-518-0818 and select option 2. You can also submit a support request using the "Help" Center in Smart Service Cloud. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (excluding certain holidays)!
