Since the permissions and thus the options available to each user are unique to their profile, you might not have all the same options as other users. For example, if you’re missing the “Dashboards” permission, you won’t be able to see or access the Dashboards center.
In summary, if your user profile doesn’t have permission to do something, that thing is hidden from your view entirely and your permissions will need to be adjusted under Human Resources > Employees.
