“Human Resources” is one of the main “Centers” which you can see at the top of your screen. Since these “Centers” are controlled by permissions, you may not be able to see this particular “Center” from all profiles. If you are missing one of these options, please contact your office administrator.
The Employees section is where you create and manage your user profiles for Smart Service Cloud. Everyone who requires access to Smart Service Cloud will require a profile.
You can use this Time Cards section to manage and correct employee times that are entered via the Time Clock Center or entered on appointments in Smart Service Cloud.
Use this screen to create and manage crews in Smart Service Cloud. You can do this from here or you can do this from any appointment.
