Attachments is a generic term for any photos, fillable forms, or files you would like to attach to your services in Smart Service Cloud.
Photos added to Smart Service Cloud will be converted to a resolution of 640×480. Photos can be added in the office or by the field. Devices with a camera (such as a phone or tablet) can take photos using the camera symbol. You can draw on photos attached here or to equipment by using the pencil symbol on the screen.
A PDF fillable form can be used to complete any supplemental documentation you would like to have filled out while completing services for your customer. Learn more about PDF Forms here.
This option can be used to upload any generic documentation to this service in Smart Service Cloud. This could be an image, PDF, blueprints, etc.
