How Remote Support Works

Our team of award-winning support specialists have tools to connect to your computer, phone, or tablet remotely to assist with resolving issues and inquiries. This means we can have a technician sitting with you virtually, wherever you are.

In order for our teams to connect to your device, you will need to consent to allow their connection. During support calls, our tool of choice will be Slashtop. For training classes, we’ll use Zoom.
