In order for our teams to connect to your device, you will need to consent to allow their connection. During support calls, our tool of choice will be Slashtop. For training classes, we’ll use Zoom.
Click on the link below. Once there, you will download the Slashtop client for Windows. Then you will provide the code you were given to the tech to allow them to remote in to you.
