You can submit help requests to our support team directly from this “Support Requests” screen. Please provide some details about your issue.
Smart Service Cloud will occasionally request access to your location for you and other users on the devices where you use Smart Service Cloud.
When you give Smart Service Cloud access to your location, that data is stored in several places including the time cards screen and the appointments.
We also have this GPS locator (shown on the left) built into the program which tracks your current GPS location.
To use this feature, just click on “Show Map”.
